FNRCO seeks an experienced shift operations leader to manage container, general cargo and lifting activities. You will oversee Rigger 1 teams, ensure lifting plans and risk assessments are followed, and coordinate across vessel, yard and customs to sustain safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a valid Rigger 1 qualification, 10+ years in terminal/marine logistics, and 5+ years in supervision. A strong focus on cost control and process improvement is essential.

Formación

• More than 10 years of terminal, port, marine logistics or comparable cargo operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role across waterside and landside.
• Experience supervising rigging teams and lifting activities involving heavy or abnormal loads.
• Knowledge of lift plans, rigging arrangements, load weights and centres of gravity.
• Valid Rigger 1 qualification and related lifting safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift and terminal operations, ensuring safety, productivity and cost control.
• Provide competent oversight of Rigger 1s and lifting teams engaged in cargo handling.
• Verify lifting documents, permits and toolbox talks before work starts.
• Coordinate equipment, manpower and shift handovers across vessel, yard and customs.
• Monitor KPIs, adjust operations and elevate significant deviations to management.
• Lead safety talks, incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
