Fortinet is seeking a Lead Consultant – FortiGuard Incident Response to lead and mentor a world-class incident response team. You will engage with clients, guide junior analysts, and ensure rapid, accurate investigations using FortiEDR tooling.

The role requires deep technical skills across malware analysis, forensics, memory analysis, and threat hunting, with strong consulting and communication abilities to report to executives and technical staff alike.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of incident response and/or forensics experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead IR engagements and mentoring junior analysts.
• Serve as primary client contact during investigations with clear updates.
• Improve processes for customer-facing incident response services.
• Conduct host-based analysis and forensics on Windows, Linux, macOS.
• Review logs to identify malicious activity, leverage FortiEDR for investigations.
• Perform memory forensics and file analysis as needed.
• Contribute to threat intelligence within FortiGuard ecosystem.
• Develop reports for executive and technical audiences.
• Available for nights/weekends as needed.
