In this role, you will manage Commissioning activities across various construction projects, providing technical expertise and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 14 years of experience in Green Building projects and possess relevant engineering degrees along with certifications. Qualifications

• 14+ years’ experience as Independent Commissioning Agent or Commissioning Authority.
• Experience with LEED or other Green Building projects.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and other building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Commissioning activities of various building projects.
• Review contractor’s plans and maintain a progress dashboard.
• Liaise with Design & Build packages including civil and MEP.

Skills

Testing & Commissioning experience

Coordination with multiple stakeholders

Proactive issue anticipation

HVAC systems experience

LEED or other Green Building projects experience

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

LEED Accredited Professional certification

Commissioning certification (ASHRAE, AABC, AEE)
