Job summary

iSolution is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Lead to guide design, development, and deployment of scalable applications in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor the team, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with product, architecture, and QA to define technical solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of software development experience, leadership exposure, and strong skills in Java, C#, Python, JS/TS, or Go, plus cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
