Top 10 Global Construction Consultancy | Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Stafford Lawrence is partnering with a prestigious Top 10 Global Construction Consultancy to recruit a high-impact Lead Cost Manager or Associate Quantity Surveyor for their flagship developments in Riyadh, KSA.

This is a senior‑level appointment requiring an individual with the specific technical expertise to lead the commercial delivery of large‑scale Aquatic Centres, Olympic‑standard swimming facilities, and major leisure hubs.

Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Non‑Negotiable)

Due to client mandate and the technical nature of these aquatic projects, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Professional Status: Must hold Chartered Status (MRICS) via the Quantity Surveying route.

  • Sector Expertise: Extensive, specialized experience in the construction of Aquatic Centres, Stadiums, or major Leisure complexes. You must demonstrate an understanding of the specific commercial drivers of complex pool filtration and specialized MEP.

  • International Experience: While Middle East experience is highly desirable, our client will consider candidates with significant overseas/international experience on major Aquatic Centre projects, provided all other criteria are met.

  • Technical Software: Non‑Negotiable Expert proficiency in CostX. Immediate operational fluency is mandatory.

  • Education: A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized Western University.

  • Experience Level: A minimum of 12–15 years of post‑degree experience.

  • Consultancy Background: Substantial experience working at a Lead/Associate level within a reputable Construction Cost Consultancy.

  • Availability: Must be available within 1–3 months to meet urgent project mobilization needs.

Compensation & Package for the Lead Cost Manager Aquatic
  • Salary: A highly competitive, tax‑free cash component of 45,000 – 65,000 SAR per month.

  • All‑Inclusive: This covers housing, transport, and expatriate allowances including annual flights.

  • Additional Benefits: Medical insurance and statutory bonus provided as per Saudi Labour Law.
