Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead the Coil Tubing Product Service Line within a Natural Work Area in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise field teams across multi‑shift CT projects, mentor staff, and ensure service quality and HSE compliance in performing challenging well intervention tasks.

As a seasoned professional, you will provide technical guidance, support the FSQC/PDC objectives, and promote safety and environmental practices while collaborating with customers on site

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in oilfield services.
• Experience supervising coil tubing projects and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Coil Tubing PSL staff across multiple shifts and projects.
• Mentor staff to improve service quality and HSE performance.
• Assist in performance evaluations and progressive discipline as needed.
• Provide technical solutions and customer support in the field.
