Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chief Surveyor in Saudi Arabia to lead all survey activities for major bridge and infrastructure projects. You will establish control networks, verify geometry, and ensure IFC drawings and specs compliance while guiding a multi-disciplinary survey team.

Ideal candidates bring 12–15 years of surveying on civil infra, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
Professional surveying certification preferred.
Extensive experience in major civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the project survey team across bridge and infrastructure works.
Develop and implement project survey strategies, methodologies, and procedures.
Allocate resources and ensure manpower and equipment availability.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to survey staff.
Coordinate survey activities across fronts to support construction schedules.
Establish and verify survey control networks; oversee setting out for foundations and structures.
