Job summary

Agility is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth and market expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in regional offices, you will identify, research, and qualify high-value opportunities across Logistics, Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and related sectors.

You will translate market data into actionable insights, craft compelling pitch materials, and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of BD, market research, management consulting, or corporate analyst experience, preferably in GCC/KSA.
Knowledge of at least two of the target industries (Logistics, Healthcare, Aviation, Infrastructure, or Technology/Data Centers).
Solid understanding of the KSA market, government procurement tendencies, and corporate protocols.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Qualification: Conduct sector research to identify expansion opportunities within core target sectors.
Deliver actionable insights: Develop market scans, benchmarks, and macroeconomic trend analyses to support decisions.
Pitch & Proposal Management: Content creation & design coordination for briefing notes, pitch decks, and commercial proposals; bid support.
Pipeline Management & Operations: Maintain BD momentum; develop stakeholder maps; align inputs across OpCos for a unified view.
