Job description
About Us

Our Advisory Service Line is at the forefront of managing large-scale developments for some of the most prestigious clients in the region, including giga projects, municipalities, and other significant urban and real estate ventures. Our projects are focused on the early stages of development—such as feasibility, design, and planning—as well as post-delivery evaluations and optimization. With expertise in engineering, architecture, and technology, we shape the future of urban spaces and infrastructure. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving these visionary projects forward, focusing on the strategic and technical aspects that lay the foundation for successful developments.

About the Role

Role Overview: As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior experts in engineering and architecture, contributing to the early stages of complex, high-profile projects for clients such as municipalities or giga-projects. Your involvement will span from technical feasibility studies and design phases to post-delivery assessments. While your role won’t typically extend into construction, you will be integral to shaping the vision, design, and technical approach that guide the successful execution of large-scale real estate, urban planning, and technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Assist with assigned tenders, collaborating with senior management and technical experts.
    • Understand the scope of work and contribute to the preparation of technical offers and proposals.
    • Coordinate and write technical sections of offers in collaboration with experts and liaise with the Tender Unit to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
  2. Project Delivery:
    • Actively support the delivery of projects in early stages, including feasibility studies, design, and planning.
    • Contribute to the technical evaluation and analysis required to shape successful project strategies.
    • Write and maintain project documentation that aligns with technical specifications and client expectations.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all technical, design, and strategic aspects are well-integrated and communicated.
    • Support senior project managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of project stages, while maintaining alignment with scope and budget.
    • Manage project milestones and deliverables related to feasibility, design, and post-delivery evaluation.
  3. Exposure and Growth:
    • Gain valuable exposure to large-scale, high-profile projects, focusing on the early stages of development and post-delivery optimization.
    • Work on forward-thinking, innovative projects in real estate, urban development, and smart technologies that will shape the future of infrastructure.
    • Be part of a young, growing team, with significant opportunities for career growth and professional development.
What do we need from you
  • Education: A degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to project management or consulting roles in the early stages of project delivery, or in real estate, urban planning, or technology, is advantageous.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of the early stages of the project lifecycle, including technical feasibility, design, and planning.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear technical documentation.
    • Ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams in diverse, fast-paced environments.
    • Strong focus on stakeholder management, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Self-driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
