Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of Indian desserts such as gulab jamun, jalebi, and ras malai
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions
• Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Ensure all baked goods meet high quality standards
• Clean work area and adhere to food safety guidelines
