Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.
  • Completion in a basic food hygiene course is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
  • Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.

Skills

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Teamwork and following instruction
Passion for food and culinary arts

Education

NVQ Level 1
Completion of an accredited commercial cookery course or trade apprenticeship
