Job summary

Apave International is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Finance Officer in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end billing, support accounts receivable and payable, and assist bank reconciliations and month-end activities.

The role requires up to 2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will collaborate across regional HQ and the shared services center to ensure accurate financial records and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Up to 2 years of accounting experience; internships welcome.
• ERP systems experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile AR ledgers.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and aging analysis.
• Review subcontract and intercompany invoices for proper coding.
• Manage payment runs and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support month-end close and audits.
