Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable server operation and system security. You will implement and support Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper‑V environments, and safeguard data integrity.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage users and access controls, and document configurations. The role requires a BS in CS/IT, 3–5 years of experience, and strong communication; certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of server OS (Windows/Linux) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Experience with network services, security measures, backup and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and ability to train staff; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server OS, applications, and hardware.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot to ensure high availability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide technical support to staff and document configurations.
• Maintain system security with firewalls, antivirus, and patching.
• Assist in system migrations and expansions; document guidelines.
