The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, experience in IT helpdesk software, and strong communication skills. This position requires on-site assistance and the ability to travel to various locations in KSA, ensuring effective technology support for staff and maintaining systems security.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
• Experience with Office 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creation of informative support tickets and follow-up via a ticket system.
• Providing IT assistance to office staff, site staff, and visitors.
• Implement Fichtner IT policy and monitor system performance metrics.
