Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch (Amazon) seeks an IT Manager to lead the Fulfillment & Operations IT team, keeping our centers running around the clock. You will resolve complex hardware, software, server and infrastructure issues and supervise IT budgets and projects.

You will manage staff scheduling, drive operational excellence, and ensure IT ownership across projects while maintaining strict SLAs and safety guidelines within a high-demand warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.
• 3+ years of leading technology teams as an information technology operations manager.
• 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure for Fulfillment Centers with 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate trouble tickets and change management to SLAs.
• Develop and manage IT budget through its lifecycle.
• Lead staff scheduling and team management.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes within Fulfillment.
