Overview

The IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business. This position involves analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring that technology implementations align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead, participate and drive implementation of digitalization projects to improve business processes & efficiency.
• Support Organization Goals through Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Work with functional owners to optimize processes to achieve business goals
• Review any new Oracle enhancement requests from business and improve efficiency across the functions
• Work with business users to finalize the system requirements and test the assigned projects
• Work with developers to design & build appropriate solutions
• Provide timely updates to the management on the project schedule, progress and status
• Develop technical user manual and conduct training for business users

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Business Analysis with a strong background in ERP’s (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft).
• Experience in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and use case documents.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies, using tools like Jira and Git.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and an understanding of IT Business Systems
• Proven experience with APIs, systems integration, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and their application in business process automation is a plus.
