Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Two years of full-time experience in internal audit.
• Knowledge of internal auditing and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of the Global internal audit standards developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
• Skill in conducting quality control reviews of audit work products.
• SOCPA membership.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and evaluates organizational risk areas and assists in developing the Annual Audit Plan.
• Performs audit procedures and documents client processes and procedures.
• Conducts operational audit visits to different locations.
• Interviews, reviews documents, develops surveys, and prepares working papers.
• Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through meetings.
• Pursues professional development opportunities and shares knowledge with coworkers.
• Assists in providing training and guidance to Internal Audit staff.
• Performs related work as assigned by audit management.
