Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking a proactive Customer Success & Sales Associate to support our interior design team through the sales journey. You will nurture leads, handle follow-ups after proposals, and convert opportunities into signed projects.

You will build trust with clients, negotiate effectively, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with designers, CX, and marketing to ensure an exceptional client experience from first conversation to project signing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Arabic required.
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation and upselling.
• Experience with CRM and fast-follow-up processes.
• Nice to have Interior Design/Architecture/Home improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own customer follow-ups after proposals and negotiations.
• Be primary contact for customers throughout the sales journey.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Identify upsell opportunities and increase project value.
• Collaborate with Design, CX, and Marketing teams for smooth handovers.
• Update CRM with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
