Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an experienced information security professional to plan, design, implement, and manage infrastructure security systems such as gateway protections and network segmentation.

The role focuses on aligning security controls with SLA requirements, providing guidance on data protection, and reporting on department activities and improvement proposals while performing tasks within the unit's scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and manage infrastructure security systems (Gateway protections, Endpoint/Server Protection, Application Execution Control, NAC, network segmentation).
• Address and resolve failures related to infrastructure security controls per the SLA.
• Advise on managing and implementing information security requirements in infrastructure security solutions (Application Execution Control, Network Isolation, Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention).
• Manage and implement information security requirements in network security solutions (Internet Gateway Solutions, Email Gateway Solutions, Email Protection).
• Contribute to preparing periodic reports on department activities, achievements, and improvement proposals.
• Perform other tasks within the department's area of specialization.
• Comply with work rules, cybersecurity policies, and unit procedures.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

• Recommends the planning, design, implementation, and management of infrastructure security systems (Internet Protection Gateway, Email Protection Gateway, Endpoint and Server Protection, Application Execution Control, Network Access Control, Network Segmentation, and others).


• Recommends addressing and resolving failures related to infrastructure security controls in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).


• Provides advice on managing and implementing information security requirements in infrastructure security solutions (Application Execution Control, Network Isolation, Data Classification, and Data Loss Prevention).


• Recommends the management and implementation of information security requirements in network security solutions (Internet Gateway Solutions, Email Gateway Solutions, and Email Protection).


• Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and proposals for improving its performance.


• Performs any other tasks assigned to the department within its area of specialization.


• Complies with work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures applicable to the organizational unit.


• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
