Job summary

InnovationTeam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Integration Specialist to design and implement secure, scalable IBM DataPower-based integration solutions. You will gather requirements, assess feasibility, and drive end-to-end design artifacts with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes API/XML API standards, middleware expertise, and collaboration across architecture, development, QA, and infrastructure to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture, integration middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience designing DataPower integration solutions and services.
• Strong knowledge of XML-based standards and APIs (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with security concepts like OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA and certificate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend business and technical meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform technical feasibility assessments and propose the optimal integration solution in alignment with the core team.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the defined standards.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions using IBM DataPower.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, architects, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SOA, enterprise integration, and middleware concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing IBM DataPower integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, and XSLT.
• Experience designing DataPower services such as Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), Web Service Proxy, and XML Firewall.
• Good understanding of security concepts including OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA, and certificate management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the telecom domain is considered a plus.
• Exposure to IBM API Connect or other API Management platforms is an advantage.
