Responsibilities

• Designs, installs, maintains and repairs heating and cooling systems.
• Fits new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Controls maintenance tools, stores and equipment and ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
• Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.
• Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or valid license and certifications to practice profession in HVAC systems and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting.
• Technical skills include the ability to analyze and design projects of limited complexity and scope. Knowledge in blueprint reading and installing of machines, wiring and equipment and basic mechanical skills are mandatory.
• Fluent in English.
