Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Safety Inspector to oversee on-site safety across road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will conduct daily HSE inspections, ensure PPE compliance, and drive risk controls with rigorous reporting and corrective actions.

With 10+ years in HSE roles and recognized certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, you will lead safety efforts, deliver toolbox talks, and support emergency drills while maintaining comprehensive logs and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Safety.
• 10+ years HSE experience in road or infrastructure projects.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA preferred certifications.
• Strong hazard identification and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE inspections of road projects, work zones, and equipment.
• Monitor risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices; issue corrective actions and follow up.
• Verify compliance with traffic management measures and safe movement of vehicles/machinery.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Participate in incident/near-miss investigations.
