Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The trainer promotes a strong safety culture and ensures workers are competent and aware of safe work practices.

You will conduct inductions and refresher sessions, prepare training materials, presentations, and safety manuals, and monitor training effectiveness while maintaining accurate compliance records

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Tech or Any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Ensure training compliance records are maintained and up to date.
