In this HRBP position

• Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level
• Deploy and coordinate HR policies and activities to suit immediate needs of Business Managers and employees spanning across employee lifecycle
• Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees
• Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
• Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process
• Support change initiatives and acts as change agent
• Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation
• Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures andëris legal requirements/ regulations

Now, here is what we need from you!

• Experience more than 6 years
• Previous experience partnering the business at a senior management& executive levelmaan complex environment e.g. multi country/customers
• Team leadership – small to medium size teams
• Prior budget management experience
• Proven experience of leading deployment of complex organizational change projects
• Bachelor's Degree
• HR/Labor Law certification (not a must)
