Leverage your HR expertise and lead core HR operations within a leading medical clinics group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The HR Supervisor – Clinics oversees and supports end-to-end human resources operations within a fast-paced clinical environment. The role is responsible for supervising HR processes, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and healthcare regulations, supporting clinic workforce requirements, and driving consistent HR practices across multiple clinics.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise daily HR operations across clinics, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and Saudi regulations.
  • Lead HR improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives, clinic operations, and healthcare requirements.
  • Support and coordinate change initiatives, including HR system implementations, policy updates, and operational improvements.
  • Oversee the use of HR digital tools and HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data management, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Ensure consistent application of approved HR policies to maintain a professional, compliant, and structured work environment.
  • Supervise workforce data management to support HR reporting, compliance, manpower planning, and decision-making.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary actions, and daily HR support.
  • Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives in line with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers and department heads to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across all locations.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and healthcare/clinic-specific HR regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within healthcare, medical, or clinic environments.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and healthcare HR regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
  • Solid background in HR operations, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, supervise others, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
