Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s is preferred.
• Proven HR Generalist experience required, especially in payroll and performance management.
• Knowledge of KSA labor laws and benefits administration necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and manage government portals such as Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs based on employee needs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data regulations.
