Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records
  2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting inductions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR documentation and databases are up to date and accurate.
  4. Work with payroll administration and ensure that all payroll-related queries are addressed in a timely manner.
  5. Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive organizational culture through HR initiatives and activities.
  7. Support excellent relations with all Government Offices

Skills

  1. 2+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role
  2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  4. Good understanding of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  5. Proficient in the use of HR software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
