Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team immediately and help us build a thriving workplace culture that supports creativity, innovation, and excellence.

The HR Specialist will handle the full range of HR operations for our Riyadh office, with a focus on ensuring smooth processes and compliance with Saudi labor law. This role is hands-on and best suited for someone with strong experience using Manasaat (Governmental Platform) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as HR partner to leaders, aligning talent, workforce planning, and culture with business goals.
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) and lead engagement & well-being programs.
  • Manage HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance with Saudi labor law.
  • Drive performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
  • Support recruitment, interview for cultural fit, and enhance employer branding.
  • Maintain HR data in Odoo and prepare regular HR dashboards/reports.
  • Coordinate training and track learning progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience in the event management, exhibitions, or creative industry (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR compliance, and government portals.
  • Hands-on experience with HR operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, contracts, and offboarding.
  • Skilled in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Experience with HRIS (Odoo preferred) and HR reporting/dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
