Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA invites an Electrician to ensure uninterrupted safe operation of all electrical systems across guest rooms, villas, public areas and back-of-house facilities, with emphasis on safety, compliance and proactive maintenance.

You will work across day, afternoon and night shifts, troubleshoot MDB/DB panels, support HACCP and fire life safety, and cooperate with a multinational team to uphold energy reliability and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Trade.
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance, preferably in resorts/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
• Understanding of safety procedures and emergency response.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems Operation & Maintenance: maintain and troubleshoot panels, wiring systems, lighting and power distribution; ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: execute maintenance schedules and repairs; keep records of activity.
• Health Hygiene & HACCP Support: ensure safe electrical supply to kitchens and laundry; assist audits.
• Safety & Emergency Response: apply LOTO procedures; respond to emergencies and support life safety systems.
• Shift Operations & Flexibility: work across day, afternoon and night shifts as required.
• Documentation & Reporting: respond to emergencies and document events; support reporting needs.
• Cross-Functional Support & Workforce Adaptability: cover for absent colleagues; collaborate in a multinational team.
• Annual Performance & Development: participate in reviews and pursue safety and efficiency improvements.
