Job summary

Watan Care is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our home care team and deliver physiotherapy services in patients' homes based on individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing plans, supervising exercises, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining records while coordinating with physicians to ensure quality care. Must have SCFHS registration and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy required.
• SCFHS registration or classification required.
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Ability to work independently and manage home visits.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ condition, mobility and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide home-based physiotherapy sessions.
• Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercises and rehab programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team.
