A leading organization in maintenance services located in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 4-6 years of relevant experience. Job description

• Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned mechanical or electrical systems within bank branches and offices
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective maintenance requests within agreed SLA timelines
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and support timely resolution to minimize service disruption
• Ensure compliance with bank security procedures, safety standards, and operational policies
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on site
• Support audits, inspections, and client requirements as needed

Mechanical scope may include:

HVAC systems, pumps, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire and domestic water systems

Electrical scope may include:

LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS, emergency power, and power distribution systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
• 4–6 years of experience in operation and maintenance of banking, office, or commercial facilities
• Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Willingness to support emergency or after-hours maintenance when required
