Job summary

OKX is seeking a seasoned professional for its global P2P business, focusing on strategy, growth and risk management. You will drive market-wide product enhancements, align initiatives with business goals, and lead data-driven improvements across multiple markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of internet finance and blockchain, fluent Chinese and English, and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency industries.
• Chinese and English both usable as working languages.
• Strong growth mindset with proactive ideas and execution capability.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business to align with growth objectives and drive implementation.
• Establish growth strategies using data analysis; understand global P2P market characteristics and improve usability and UX.
• Build a user risk control and quality management system, identify high-risk users, and refine risk models.
• Maintain data sensitivity and produce analytic reports to guide product upgrades and business direction.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business (ex-Hong Kong) to align with business growth objectives and drive their implementation.
• Establish effective growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis; gain in-depth understanding of global P2P market characteristics, address user needs and pain points across each market, and enhance product usability and overall user experience.
• Build a user risk control and quality management system, establish standardized user operations mechanisms, identify high-risk user profiles through effective risk control strategies, and drive the refinement and upgrade of risk control models.
• Maintain strong data sensitivity and establish a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework; stay current with industry and market trends, continuously produce analytical reports and actionable strategies, and provide guidance for product upgrades and business direction.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency-related industries are preferred, as are those with extensive operations management experience and exposure to multiple global markets.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
• A strong hunger to grow, excellent industry acuity, deep frontline business involvement, highly proactive with ideas, drive, and the ability to execute.
• Strong logical thinking with exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills; outstanding communication and coordination abilities, strong teamwork, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
