Job summary

Client of LEK Consulting seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to transform text-heavy slides into concise, graphically rich presentations. You will interpret data visuals to communicate key messages and enhance overall design while following brand guidelines.

The role requires 2–4 years of documentation experience using MS Office and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with Adobe Suite being a plus. Expected to meet deadlines across multiple projects and contribute as a design SME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience in documentation services using MS Office suite.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools for client pitches and proposals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects independently.
• Subject Matter expert for the Design team.

Responsibilities

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the following roles

• Convert current text heavy presentations to more concise graphically rich presentations
• Interpret the data content and present it visually with an aim to communicate the message effectively
• Presenting data more effectively using graphic elements such as charts graphs maps tables and text
• Improve the overall look and feel of the presentations and documents while adhering to the corporate brand guidelines
• Ability in meeting with deadlines and handling multiple projects independently
• Will be a Subject Matter expert for the Design team
• Analyse and plan the framework of design according to the layout
• Ability in meeting with deadlines and handling multiple projects independently
• Experienced with Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools for creating client pitches and proposals
• Ability to understand brief and respond with ideas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree with an experience of 2 to 4 years in documentation services using MS Office suite
