Lucid Motors is seeking a Global Supply Manager to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a variety of indirect categories. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a broad understanding of indirect procurement within a manufacturing or technology-driven organization.

You Will:

• Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple indirect categories, which may include—but are not limited to—professional services, facilities, testing, HR, finance, security, and travel.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, define requirements, and develop procurement strategies that deliver value to Lucid.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection processes, including RFIs and RFQs.
• Analyze supplier proposals and develop recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead time, and technical considerations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
• Oversee purchase order creation, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support routine administrative and operational tasks related to procurement execution.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in managing urgent requests with limited information.
• Solid analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).

Preferred Experience:

• Strategic sourcing using Coupa or similar platforms.
• Exposure to consulting services, procurement, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with software implementation or cross-functional project coordination.
