Job summary

Ecojob in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a seasoned Supply Manager to lead our supply chain and logistics operations. The role requires strategic oversight of procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with inventory software and Excel. Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data interpretation.
• Experience with inventory management software and Excel.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for procurement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee transportation from suppliers to warehouses or production facilities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production for timely delivery.
• Analyze data and trends to improve supply chains.
