Role Overview

The Global Expansion Manager drives the company’s international growth by overseeing new market entry from feasibility studies to full operational launch. This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross‑functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization’s global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Entry & Feasibility
  • Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions.
  • Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
• Regulatory & Licensing
  • Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
  • Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
  • Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.
• Entity Setup & Operations
  • Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go‑live readiness.
• Localization & Product Readiness
  • Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new^ country.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences.
• Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly الأمري leadership.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets.
• Post‑Launch Integration
  • Ensure newly launched entities-renowned fully integrated into global governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
