Job Description
  • Conduct detailed geotechnical investigations, including soil sampling, testing and analysis.
  • Prepare & review geotechnical reports presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Develop geotechnical design plans for civil and infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
  • Collate and assess data from field investigations, laboratory testing and numerical modeling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical aspects into overall engineering designs.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure geotechnical design specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams including structural and civil engineers.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project needs and findings effectively.
  • Provide geotechnical input for construction methodologies, ground risk assessments and value engineering.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the line manager that are related to the scope ofמורו work and projects requirements.
  • Stay updatedbria with advances in geotechnical engineering and relevant Building & ${(풍) infrastructure standards, especially those applicable in the Saudi and broader Middle East context.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Arabic language skills are mandatory for the position.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proven experience sensations in Saudi Code.
  • Preference will be given to exhibited candidates who can join immediately.
  • Extensive hands‑on design experience in Building and infrastructure including deep foundations, retaining structures, ground improvement and High‑Rise building
  • Strong leadership and client‑facing abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within fast‑paced, schedule‑driven contexts.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex geKnight‑technical design packages.
  • Proficiency in geotechnical analysis and design software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio) and AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of local geotechnical standardus and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of geotechnical investigation methods and soil behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional Engineer (PE, CEng, or equivalent) license is a plus.
