Job summary

1stech, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a GIS Specialist to support projects through data collection, processing, analysis, and map production. The role requires strong knowledge of GIS platforms and ability to collaborate with project teams.

You will manage geodatabases, perform spatial analyses, and contribute to GIS applications and web maps. Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise and Web GIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant GIS experience.
• Good knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Experience with spatial analysis, geoprocessing, map production, and geodatabase management.
• Understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and spatial data formats.
• Familiarity with Web GIS concepts and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain geospatial and attribute data.
• Create professional maps, dashboards, and GIS-based reports.
• Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, data conversion and quality checks.
• Manage and update geodatabases and GIS datasets.
• Work with vector and raster data from multiple sources.
• Support data integration between GIS platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand GIS requirements.
• Ensure GIS data complies with project standards and quality requirements.
