Job summary

Master works is seeking an innovative AI & Data Science Specialist to lead intelligent solutions using AI tech, focusing on Generative AI and analytics. You will turn data into business insights and build AI-powered apps to drive smarter decisions and digital transformation.

You will design, train, and optimize ML models, collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and software engineers, and deploy pipelines for production environments with high availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ML/AI experience with real-world use cases.
• Strong Python (and/or Java/Scala) programming skills.
• Solid ML algorithms knowledge across supervision/unsupervision/deep learning.
• Experience with ML frameworks and model deployment tools.
• Experience deploying models in production with cloud services.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize ML models for real applications.
• Translate requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions.
• Implement feature engineering, tuning, and evaluation.
• Develop and deploy ML models in production with high availability.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and retrain as needed.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
• Work with data engineering to maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Participate in design and code reviews following engineering best practices.
• Optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Support experimentation (A/B testing, offline evaluation).
• Apply responsible AI principles including fairness and governance.
