Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our technology group. Key responsibilities to include growth strategy creation and implementation and funding sourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple companies or business units within the tech industry, with a strong background in strategy, operations, and leadership. This role requires a dynamic leader who can align business objectives with market opportunities, ensure operational excellence, and inspire high-performing teams across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term business strategies across multiple technology companies/divisions to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability in processes, systems, and structures.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, P&L accountability, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and ROI.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions within the technology sector.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional executive teams across product development, operations, sales, and technology.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and risk management protocols.
  • Innovation & Growth: Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement to stay ahead in competitive markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the companies to investors, clients, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and brand reputation.
