The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple companies or business units within the tech industry, with a strong background in strategy, operations, and leadership. This role requires a dynamic leader who can align business objectives with market opportunities, ensure operational excellence, and inspire high-performing teams across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term business strategies across multiple technology companies/divisions to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability in processes, systems, and structures.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, P&L accountability, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and ROI.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions within the technology sector.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional executive teams across product development, operations, sales, and technology.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and risk management protocols.
