Responsibilities
- Policies and Procedures Development — Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation — Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
- Data Collection and Analysis — Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
- Internal Client Relationship Management — Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Document Preparation — Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
- Improvement/Innovation — Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
- Needs Assessment — Investigate questions relating to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- Solutions Analysis — Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Recommendations — Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
- Project Management — Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
- Personal Capability Building — Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
