As a Frontend Engineer (Web) at Mnzil, you will own the development and maintenance of the company’s web applications, taking projects from concept to deployment and ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations. You will build and optimize web interfaces using React and Next.js, collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences, and apply clean code practices and modern frontend architecture to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability. The role involves contributing to CI/CD pipelines, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving frontend quality in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment focused on delivering impactful, user-centric web solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.

• Strong experience with React and Next.js.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.

• Experience with TailwindCSS and state management solutions (e.g., Zustand, Redux).

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and performance optimization.
