Grand Hyatt The Red Sea Saudi Arabia is seeking a Team Leader - Front Office to help run the Front Office within the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt International's corporate standards and brand guidelines.

You will support the department's efficient operation, meet guest and employee expectations, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Minimum 2 years leading Front Office or Guest Relations and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the efficient running of the Front Office Department in line with Hyatt standards and corporate strategies.
• Supports meeting employee, guest and owner expectations and ensures smooth Front Office operations within the Rooms Division.
