Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or live productions.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations for event environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases.
• Ensure site layouts are prepared and delivered in line with event requirements.
• Supervise crews and vendors during setup and breakdown.
• Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues.
