Job summary

A leading company in the fragrance and beauty sector is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding the B2B presence in Saudi and UAE markets. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of B2B sales experience, a strong background in retail or cosmetics, and excellent communication skills. Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or retail.
• Strong understanding of KSA/UAE B2B landscape.
• Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and onboard new corporate clients and partners.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships.
