The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the financial management of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing financial performance, and enabling the company’s long-term growth. This role requires strategic oversight of financial planning, treasury, and governance functions, while providing senior leadership with critical insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company’s vision and growth.
- Provide accurate and timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
- Develop annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and auditing functions to ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant regulations.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.
- Track financial performance against business plans and highlight variances with recommendations.
- Implement robust financial systems, dashboards, and KPIs for improved decision-making.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and engagement with external auditors and regulators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of listing requirements, market regulations, and financial legislation.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage liquidity, cash flow, and working capital to support operational and investment requirements.
- Oversee banking, financing arrangements, and capital allocation decisions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital structure.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, driving a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Build organizational financial capabilities to support a fast-growing, listed IT company.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, and listed company financial requirements.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, treasury, and risk management.
- Background in the IT or technology sector preferred.
