Job summary

Blooming Wear, a Saudi brand, is seeking a Financial Business Analyst to own monthly P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the Group. You will transform financial and operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and drive improvements through automation and BI tools.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (Dynamics 365). Knowledge of Power BI is highly valued to build practical dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, FMVA or similar qualification is an advantage.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and improve monthly P&L reporting across the Group and business units.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; deliver performance analysis.
• Create management presentations and translate data into actionable insights.
• Standardize and automate recurring reports using ERP, BI tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

The Financial Business Analyst is responsible for independently preparing, analyzing, and improving management reporting across the Group and its business units. The role owns monthly P&L reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, performance analysis, and management presentations. It converts financial and operational data into clear business insights, challenges results where necessary, and improves recurring reports through standardization, automation, and effective use of ERP, business intelligence, and AI-enabled tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, FMVA, or a similar professional qualification is an advantage.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, business analysis, or commercial finance, preferably in a multi-company environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and financial statements.
• Proven ability to prepare management reports independently and explain business performance to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is strongly preferred.
• Power BI knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into practical dashboards are preferred.
