Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
• Prior experience in the Saudi market is a must.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, IFRS, ACCA) preferred.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Finance Team Lead to join our office in Saudi Arabia. If you’re passionate about accounting, compliance, and team leadership, this is your chance to take on a pivotal role in our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes in line with reporting deadlines.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for the Saudi entity and provide variance analysis.
• Develop management reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial reporting standards, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and Income Tax.
• Perform bank, AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Monitor cash flow and support banking operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
• Support FP&A with budgeting and required data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
• Prior experience in the Saudi market is a must.

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
