Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a Reporting Analyst to process, verify and record accounting transactions in the subsidiary ledger and maintain accurate financial records. The role supports the Reporting Manager in month-end activities and ensures compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include journal entries, inter-company transactions, asset management, and governance of T&E in the Jeddah office, with a focus on internal controls and SAP proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Accounting / BA degree required.
• 2-4 years of financial accounting experience.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver results within strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
• Good experience with MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.

Aufgaben

• Process, verify and record journal entries on a timely basis.
• Record payables to the accounts payable ledger and payments to suppliers.
• Purchase of fixed assets and any disposals.
• Handle all G&A expenses (including payroll).
• Handle all T&E incurred by employees.
• Book inter-company transactions and reconcile inter-company invoices.
• Review petty cash expenses and act as GL supervisor on SAP.
• Maintain financial controls and safeguard assets.
• Ensure books align with Smart Spend policy and proper cost center bookings.
• Maintain fixed assets register and support month-end reporting.
• Coordinate with SAP Master data team on SAP issues.
• Maintain SAP vendor list and ensure 60-day payment terms.
