Job summary

A leading media company located in Riyadh is looking for a Finance and HR Manager. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and handle HR processes such as employment contracts and iqama renewals. This role requires a strong understanding of Saudi VAT and compliance regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate with government entities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi VAT and other tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in handling HR-related processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, maintain budget trackers.
  • Handle iqama renewals, medical insurance, and GOSI updates.
  • Maintain company records on government portals.
  • Supervise office setup and vendor management.
Job description
Finance & Accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and international standards.
  • Generate the receivable invoices, follow-up with the customers for recovery issues and actively involved in month/year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, and support in budgets maintaining the Budget trackers.
  • Ensure proper application of Saudi VAT and other tax requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate with MISA and other government and private entities on behalf of the company.
  • Follow up on official submissions and inquiries.
Operations and HR Support
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR-related letters.
  • Handle iqama renewals, medical insurance (for employees and dependents), and GOSI updates.
  • Process exit/re-entry visas and manage requests via Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI.
  • Coordinate internally with departments and maintain updated employee records on Etimad.
  • Prepare official letters for government and private entities (Chamber of Commerce, banks, embassies, etc.).
Government Portals & Regulatory Compliance
  • Maintain and update company records on portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Monsha’at, and Etimad.
  • Issue and renew CRs, ZATCA, Monsha’at, Saudization, and Local Content certificates.
  • Monitor and resolve government penalties, violations, and alerts.
  • Submit tenders, financial claims, and proposals via Etimad.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour and legal regulations.
Office Operations and Vender Management
  • Supervise office setup, maintenance, purchases, and logistics.
  • Manage invoices, petty cash, and office expenses.
  • Coordinate and support staff travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
  • Oversee vendor management, get the quotes from the market and service contracts
